Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Fuorionda ("we") processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Reg. 2016/679).

1. What we collect

• Artists: email, password (stored only as an encrypted hash), stage name, bio, photo, genre, city, social links, uploaded tracks, plan and payment history.
• Listeners: no account. We store a random device ID in your browser, the Flames, reactions and votes you give, and an approximate city derived from your IP address to produce anonymous listener statistics.
• Organizers: name, email and the details you write in a booking request, shared with the artist you contact.
• Payments: handled by PayPal. We never see or store card numbers; we keep the transaction ID, amount and date.

2. Why and legal basis

• To provide the service you signed up for — artist page, radio broadcasting, reports, plans (contract, art. 6.1.b).
• To send service emails: welcome, review results, schedules, receipts, reports (contract; optional emails can be switched off in your dashboard).
• To prevent fraud on Flames and charts (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f).
• To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation, art. 6.1.c).

3. Who receives data

Hosting and storage providers, our email provider (Resend), PayPal for payments, and an IP geolocation service (ipapi.co) that only receives the IP address. Public profile information is visible to everyone. We never sell personal data.

4. How long we keep it

Account data until you delete your account; payment records for 10 years as required by Italian law; listener device data for up to 24 months.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by opening a ticket. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
